The sandwiches are amazing. The people are AMAZING! You do not want to go anywhere else in welland for a deliciously homemade sandwich. The people working there are such kind people. I can’t say that enough. Support this local business. I had such a nice experience in there and will be back again often.

I haven’t been here in quite some time since I moved from Welland but nothing has changed. This place is still one of the best most consistent restaurant for sandwiches that I have ever been to. It was such a delight to enjoy their sandwiches again, if only you could give more the 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Very quaint and delicious. First time and I ordered an over roast turkey sandwich. It was literally home made!!! Order a seond with salami...great! You walk in and pick up a order sheet to custom your sandwich. Definitely going to visit again!

First time trying this little sub shop and we can’t wait to come back! Everything was so fresh from the bread to the produce toppings and loaded with fresh amazing quality meats! The ladies working explained how to order and were so sweet! We enjoyed talking to them while awaiting our sandwiches we’d rate this 10 stars if we could !!

My first time and they helped us fill oit the order sheet. Had a large roast beef on bin with swiss cheese and my wife and I split it between us. Everything was fresh and plentiful. We were given a side of gravy which was light. Other places may give you lumpy gravy (flour?) But here they do it right. Picture shows how much meat was given. You can have up to 4 choices but by choosing fewer we go more beef. Evelyn's and the 2 staff were friendly. Price very reasoable. Definitely going back.

I get a sub there once in a while and it is ALWAYS delicious. The girls are super sweet and build a mean sandwich. They don't skimp and the pricing is very reasonable. It's a clean and transparent kitchen. Roast turkey, instead of sliced deli meats with all those preservatives. A really nice selection of add ons too. Always fresh, always yummy. This is such a great lunch spot! I've driven past this sandwich shop so many times without realizing it is there, and I am kicking myself for not trying it sooner. The staff is amazing and so friendly, the portions are generous and the price is right. This is the kind of place where they'll remember your name and your order (as I saw today many times while waiting for my sandwich to be prepared). I am so impressed by the quality of the food. The mushroom soup I had was hearty and delicious. The sandwich was even better, fresh bread, crispy vegetables and some of the best shredded turkey I've ever tried. I was especially pleased since I was expecting cold cuts, but got turkey that reminded me of Thanksgiving leftovers, but better. It is so homey and comfortable inside, with really interesting things to look at. Some of the most incredible plants I have ever seen are living in the window here, among rustic antique decor. I will definitely be back!
